Mt Albert - Plant-Based Cooking Classes at the Gribblehirst Community Hub 

Free plant-based cooking classes run by the Aotearoa Sustainability Grid group. This week they will be making stuffed eggplant curry. Register for the class here.

Westgate - Weekly yoga classes at Te Manawa Community Centre

A free weekly yoga class for people of all abilities and ages. During the class you will practise breathing exercises, and work on poses that build balance and strength. No registration needed; further details here.

Henderson - Corban Estate Curious Creatures: Artful Play Trail
